2 tablespoons softened butter mixed with 1 clove garlic, minced well
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Roll out your pizza dough and use a fork to poke vent holes all over. Cook for 5 minutes at 450 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic. I find it is easiest to do this with a fork. Once combined, spread evenly over the pizza dough that you cooked for 5 minutes. The butter may start to melt since the crust is hot.
Now add the mushrooms, peppers and onions.
Top with the cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Doesn't that look amazing? It was really, really good. It was "da bomb," ha ha.
Let cool for about 5 minutes before you slice into it. Enjoy!
